We offer spindle repair service for high frequency motorized and belt-driven spindles, air bearing, mechanical bearing and automatic tool change spindles. All spindles go through a rigid inspection process. All rotors, shafts and other rotating parts are balanced. We dynamic balance at speed. Spindles are checked for runout accuracy to within 0.00015" for class 7 bearings or 0.000075" for class 9 bearings. Fast service means less downtime. All spindles carry a warranty to cover defects (other than bearings), just like a new spindle.
