Two basic styles are available, the AKJ series and the AKS series. The AKJ is the more widely used. It is effective in cooling water-soluble cutting/grinding fluid. The AKS series is used to cool hydraulic and lubrication oil.

AKJ Series

AKJ Series are oil temperature controllers to cool water-soluble cutting/grinding oil, cutting oil and grinding oil. They improve the machine's efficiency by using high-precision processing, and extending the life of tools.

Operation

• Since the unit uses refrigerating equipment, there is working limit to the room and fluid temperatures. Use the controller within the ranges according to the instructions.
• These liquids cannot be used: Chemicals, food liquids, and fuel such as kerosene and gasoline. Fire retardant hydraulic fluid (phosphate, chlorinated hydrocarbon or water glycol. Do not use SUS304, a liquid that corrodes cooling coils.
  

AKS Series

This is a refrigeration unit that controls the temperature of hydraulic and lubrication oil to help prevent machines from breakage and improves machining accuracy.
